The 4 proper goals of human life or Purusartha that the
adherents of Bhramin-Hinduism should practice are:
1. Dharma living the virtuous, proper and moral life,
according to religious teachings.
2. Aartha earning a living and to live on the path of
religious guidance.
3. Kama to fulfil the pleasure, love and psychological
values on the path of religious guidance.
4. Moksa seeking of liberation and spiritual values, to
be released from the cycle of life and death.
Adherents of Brahmin-Hinduism have duties to
perform 7 duties in their daily life:
1. Perform a worship or puja service to the family and
God by praying or meditating, or having the service at the shrine or
a sacred place to purify the soul to be with God. Furthermore, there are another 5 duties in life each day,
called Panchamah Yagnas or the Great Puja:
