On the plateau between the mountains in the south of 1 Prasat Mueang Tam, a Brahman

called ‘The Vimara of Shiva or Shiva Mandala.’ The monument is
considered to be a model of the universe or of the Sumera (Krailas)
Mountain, which is the abode of Shiva, one of the Great Gods of
Brahmanism-Hinduism.
