Islam

Islam originated in the Middle East region, in the city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia which

encompasses west of the Arabian Peninsula. In early 7 century after Muḥammad (SAWS), the

Prophet received the revelation from Allāh (SWT), and began a successful propagation of Islam

throughout the Arabian Peninsula. After his death, the religion spread to many regions beyond
the Peninsula, throughout the world.
